Clause 1 — Introduction

This website is operated by Integrated Mobility Solutions (Reg: CK 2008/038 038/23) ("IMS", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms of Service apply to any user who accesses, views, or uses the website or purchases goods through it.

Clause 2 — Definitions

• Business Days: Days which are not a Saturday, Sunday or gazetted public holiday in South Africa during working hours.
• Goods: Products and/or services available for purchase on this website, including electronic equipment and consumables.
• Personal Information: Information required from a user in order to register for Services.
• Services: The ability to shop for and purchase Goods through this website.
• User: Any person who completes the registration process to make use of the Services.

Clause 3 — Registration

Only registered Users may order and purchase Goods. A user account is automatically created during the initial purchase process. Each time you wish to make use of the Services you shall be required to log in with your credentials. If you believe your login details are being used by someone else, contact us immediately at .

Clause 4 — Payment

Payment may be made via:

• Credit Card — Visa and MasterCard. We may require additional information to authorise payment. You warrant you are fully authorised to use the card supplied.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Bank Transfer.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is required prior to release of goods at the delivery address.

Goods will only be released for delivery once payment has been received into our banking account.

Clause 5 — Delivery

Goods shall be delivered to the address selected during checkout by a courier of our selection. We endeavour to deliver within 2–5 business days of payment being received. We shall not be held liable for any late deliveries. Goods may alternatively be collected by arrangement at: 15 Vista Avenue, Westville, KZN, Durban, 3629 for one week after the order was placed.

Clause 6 — User Warranties

The User warrants that all Personal Information provided is accurate and correct. Login details are for personal use only and must not be disclosed to third parties. The User is liable for all purchases made using their login details, whether authorised or not.

Clause 7 — Limitation of Liability

The website is used entirely at the User's own risk. IMS makes no warranty that the website will be accessible at all times, be free from viruses, or be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMS excludes all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages.

Clause 8 — Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of IMS and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content without prior written permission from IMS.

Clause 9 — Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally within 7 days. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA). The arbitration shall be conducted in KwaZulu-Natal, in English.
