Delivery Timelines & Fees

R220 delivery fee on orders. These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical address and cannot be a post office box. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday.

1–3 days delivery to major centres. Major centres include properties within a 50km radius of the major cities in South Africa. If you are not in a main centre, it may take a few days longer.

Payment Methods

• Credit card and chipped debit/cheque card via Visa and MasterCard online. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank's secure environment and we will not have access to any of your card details.
• Instant EFT which links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank's secure environment and we will not have access to any of your card details.
